Emergency Ultrasound Consultants, LLC is the owner of Ultrasound Video Reviews and is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

If you purchase a product from us, we collect certain information from you (e.g., contact and financial information). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order(s). If we have trouble processing an order, we use this information to contact you.

If you answer continuing medical education (CME) questions and receive a CME certificate, your contact information may be shared with the sponsoring CME company for purposes of verifying satisfactory completion of the CME requirements.

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We will share anonymous, aggregated demographic information (e.g., we receive X number of visitors to our web site per month) with our partners and advertisers. This anonymous information can not be personally linked to you.

We will not sell any personal information to any third party. We may use your contact information internally to reach you regarding an order, your CME status, etc., if the need arises.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with Ultrasound Video Reviews or are unable to view the web site content properly (e.g., due to a continuously slow Internet connection), then you may receive a refund. This refund must be requested within 10 days of purchase. We will ask that you provide us detailed information as to the reasons for your requesting a refund. We reserve the right to first resolve these issues prior to agreeing to issue a refund.

If you received an educational certificate from another company, then no refunds will be granted by Emergency Ultrasound Consultants, LLC. If you purchased an educational certificate from another company, you must contact that company regarding any potential refund.

Security

We use the highest level of encryption the end user can accept for processing orders through this web site. For users with new versions of major web browsers in the United States, this means 128-bit secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption. Foreign users will need to check their level of encryption; they may only be allowed a maximum of 64-bit SSL encryption.

We do not maintain your credit card numbers on our web site.

Delivery Method

Ultrasound Video Reviews is delivered virtually, or online. Hence, we do use any standard delivery methods like USPS, UPS or FedEx. Once purchased, access should be available within 30 minutes or less.
